Company HistoryScottJames Property was established in 2007 as a local, independent business specialising in lettings and property management in South East London.Our main areas of business include Blackheath, Greenwich, Lewisham, Lee, Grove Park, Hither Green, Catford and Bromley. The founders of ScottJames Property have over three years experience managing, renovating and letting properties in the area. The founders of ScottJames Property have extensive experience in the letting and management of properties, both in the UK and abroad. At ScottJames we pride ourselves on providing a local, professional and ethical service. As a lettings and property management specialist we are fully focused on the priorities of landlords and tenants, and, unlike estate agents, our loyalties are not divided by dealing with property sales and mortgages. We strive to use recycled materials whenever possible and aim to be carbon-neutral by 2010. Our sister site ScottJames Holidays was launched in April 2008 and provides a search facility for quality holiday accommodation in Britain and around the world. Customers are able to book direct with the property owner and cut out the middle-man. There are no charges or booking fees payable to ScottJames Holidays when you book your holiday accommodation direct. We pride ourselves on the professional and personal service that we provide to our customers.
