- Fully furnished: double bed, wardrobe, bedside chest of drawers.
There is a small, shared spare room upstairs that was used as an office by a previous tenant, now it is likely to be used as extra storage space.
Bills:
- The room is £409 per month, including council tax and water bill
- Other shared bills: gas, electricity, cable TV with Wi-Fi internet, phone line-rental (you can have your own phone in your room if needed). Bills come to about £50/month (divided by 3 people).
- Deposit is £333.33 per person

Our names are Ania and Naima. Ania is a 22-year-old professional, originally from Poland, working full-time for a web design company in Soho. Naima is a 23-year-old full-time Science student from Algeria. We’re easy-going, clean and tidy (but not pedantic about it!) girls, up for socialising – both inside and out – but also very respectful of people’s personal space when necessary. We’re looking for a female (no males, sorry!) who is tidy and easy-going too, with whom we can share a comfortable, relaxed (and hopefully fun!) home environment.
I (Ania) am a drummer and I play in 2 London-based rock bands. No worries, I do NOT practise at home!

- 1 minute from a lovely park (it’s literally on the other side of the road)
- Safe, clean family area
- 10 mins walk to Bellingham Rail Station
- 5 mins walk to bus stops. Great day and night bus connections with central London (54, 136, 208, N47, N136). 15 mins ride to Lewisham.
- 15 mins walk to Catford Bus Garage (where lots of different buses terminate)
- 15 mins bus ride to a massive Sainsbury’s
- Lots of local off licenses, take-away places – as you’d expect for south London!
